Passionné(e) par votre métier, vous contribuez à la préparation et vous êtes garant du bon déroulement du service en salle.
Vous garantissez l’accueil du client et le suivi des tables qui composent le rang sous votre responsabilité.
Vous supervisez le travail des commis de rang pendant la mise en place et le déroulement du service.
Dans ce cadre, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec la cuisine du restaurant.
Vous êtes ambassadeur de la technique culinaire d’Anne-Sophie Pic et souhaitez intégrer un groupe en pleine expansion.

Profil

Vous justifiez d’une expérience similaire dans un autre établissement de même standing.
D’excellente présentation, vous vous caractérisez par votre capacité d’adaptation, votre comportement en cohérence avec le standing de l’établissement et votre aptitude à travailler en équipe.
Votre goût du service fait de vous un réel passionné de votre métier.
Vous savez gérer un rang.
Vous avez un sens inné du service, un goût certain pour la perfection et la découverte des produits.
Vous maîtrisez l’anglais (niveau fluent nécessaire).
