Tareas programadas de revisión de maquinaria e instalaciones (lectura de indicadores, revisión del estado de las máquinas, etc.).
· Limpieza y mantenimiento programada de maquinaria e instalaciones (colaboración con personal de limpieza para pisos y otros elementos de su
competencia; cambiar / reponer / conservar elementos periódicamente (p. ej.: filtrosa/a)).
· Reparación de averías en instalaciones y conservación del edificio como: pintura, carpintería, albañilería.
· Coordinación y gestión de reparaciones y preventivos.
· Instalación de elementos nuevos (montaje de muebles, pequeñas instalaciones eléctricas o de fontanería...).
