L’hôtel Byblos***** Palace, situé en plein cœur de Saint-Tropez recrute une Standardiste (H/F) pour compléter son équipe.
La Standardiste (H/F) assure l’accueil téléphonique avec ses clients de manière courtoise, tout en respectant les règles de qualité de l’hôtel. Elle/il reçoit, identifie, oriente les communications téléphoniques et transmet tous les documents et messages aux clients ou aux différents services.
Sous la responsabilité de la Chef Standardiste ou, en son absence, du Chef Concierge, la Standardiste (H/F) est responsable du bureau et des équipements mis à disposition.
