L'hôtel du Collectionneur offre un esprit Art Déco unique à Paris. Plus grand 5* dans Paris, nos clients profitent de nos 496 chambres, d'environ 1700m² d'espaces séminaire, de notre restaurant et bar, et d'un SPA.
Nous recherchons un(e) Superviseur des Banquets (F/H).
Avec un espace de 2000 m² composé de 20 salons modulables, l’Hôtel du Collectionneur Paris peut accueillir des manifestations allant jusqu’à 650 personnes. Une sélection de menus et de pauses gourmandes variées, un choix de mises en place multiples, un centre d'affaires spacieux et une équipe entièrement dédiée, complètent l'offre de l'Hôtel du Collectionneur, l'une des plus importantes de Paris.
Au sein de l'équipe, vous participerez activement à l’organisation et au bon déroulement des événements de nos clients.
Vous participez à la préparation des manifestations dans les espaces séminaires de l'hôtel (conférences, réunions et autres types de manifestations...) : mise en place des salons, gestion des buffets, services et supervisions des assistant(e)s maîtres d’hôtel, des équipiers et des extras. Vous supervisez l'équipe afin de garantir la qualité de la prestation à nos clients.
Votre mission principale étant la satisfaction des clients durant leur séjour.
Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble des services de l'hôtel et principalement avec les services Conférences & Évènements et Cuisine pour le suivi des manifestations.
De formation en hôtellerie restauration, vous justifiez d'une première expérience significative dans l'encadrement d'une équipe au sein d'un point de vente restauration (organisation, répartition des tâches, contrôle, gestion du temps...). Vous avez une présentation soignée, un bon sens de l'organisation et de la gestion d'événements. Vous maîtrisez obligatoirement l'anglais afin de répondre à une clientèle internationale et êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités de communication.

The name of this unique establishment was created by the greatest French artist and designer of the 1930s, Jacques-Emile Ruhlmann, for the International Exhibition of Decorative Arts in 1925, which spread the Art Deco movement worldwide. Ruhlmann gave this name to the most beautiful pavilion of the exhibition that he designed for an imaginary collector, embodying his aesthetic ideal.
Our luxury hotel, decorated by renowned designers Jacques Garcia and Alexandre Danan, draws inspiration from the most prestigious Art Deco artists to recreate the elegance of grand transatlantic liners and the charm of the 1930s. The monumental staircase leading to the main reception room is inspired by the grand staircases of the famous ocean liners Normandie and Ile de France. Original furniture and artworks acquired through auctions around the world are displayed throughout the hotel, where every corner offers new discoveries from artists like Ruhlmann, Armand-Albert Rateau, Edgar Brant, Süe and Mare, and Erté.
