We have an exciting and unique opportunity for Training Officer to join The Biltmore Mayfair.
As a Training Officer in our hotel you will be responsible for designing, planning, implementing, coordinating and/or presenting training programs in accordance with current The Biltmore requirements including harassment-free workplace, diversity, new team member orientation, communication, compliance, and service series and other related training to meet specific departmental needs.
Analyse current training needs for the hotel, departments and individuals and make recommendations as needed. Develops or research training for specific hotel needs.
