What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond proactively to changes within your role, demonstrating flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset to support business needs.
- Actively engage in your training program with curiosity and initiative, seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and skill set.
- Continuously track your progress with guidance from management and key trainers, using feedback to refine your approach and achieve business excellence.
- Gain hands-on experience in various functions and restaurant operations, enabling adaptability and a holistic understanding of the business.
- Build an in-depth knowledge of the menu, wine list, digestifs, and bar offerings to deliver an authentic LPM guest experience.

Profil
- An undergraduate or postgraduate from an accredited hospitality school with a proven track record of outstanding academic performance, particularly in Food & Beverage or Culinary courses.
- At least 3-6 months of previous trainee experience in a luxury 5-star hospitality environment.
- A deep passion for the hospitality industry and a strong commitment to professional growth within the field.
- Fluency in multiple European or international languages.
- Strong guest relations skills, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
