Buscamos un/a Camarero/a para nuestro rooftop, con las siguientes funciones:
· Conocer y aplicar los estándares internos y de calidad del departamento
· Seguir el checklist y los SOPs departamentales.
· Preparar el punto de venta a recibir los clientes
· Atender al cliente, es decir encargarse de su satisfacción desde su llegada hasta su
salida
· Colaborar en la atención y guía de los huéspedes
· Asegurarse de la correcta facturación de todos los productos servidos al cliente
· Ser conocedor de la oferta gastronómica del hotel
· Ser conocedor y aplicar la filosofía y los valores de la empresa
· Conocer perfectamente la información proporcionada por el DMM
· Asistir o ayudar a los jefes departamentales en cualquier tarea que se le proponga
· Seguimiento de la satisfacción del cliente
· Castellano nivel C1, Inglés nivel B2, se valorará catalán y otros idiomas
· Formación media o superior en restauración
· Se valorarán formaciones y cursos complementarios en la disciplina de F&B
· Acreditar experiencia en hoteles de 5 estrellas, mínimo 2 años
· Conocimiento de sistema TPV o similar.

· Con habilidad orientada al servicio al cliente
