We are recruiting for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional Food & Beverage service to our guests, in line with Forbes Five-Star standards and The Red Carnation Hotels standards.
Working pattern: 5 days over 7 days (including some weekends and Bank Holidays) with 2 days off.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the effective and smooth operation of your allocated station within the Food & Beverage outlet, in a hands-on capacity.
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge across all menu items, hotel facilities, and services available to guests.
- Warmly welcoming guests to the restaurant, consistently portraying a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
- Delivering prompt, attentive, and professional Food & Beverage service at all times.
- Setting up and clearing tables in accordance with established service standards.
- Maintaining all food service areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, in line with daily cleaning schedules.
Profil busqueda
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-quality hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Legal eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
- A friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure, manage workload effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
