At Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels, we are looking for a motivated and passionate intern with a strong interest in luxury hospitality to join our Guest relations team. You will actively take part in welcoming our guests in an environment defined by elegance and personalized service.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism, in accordance with the standards of Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels.
• Assist with guest arrivals and departures (check-in / check-out), and follow up on guest requests.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, available services, and local attractions.
• Participate in administrative tasks related to the guest relations.
• Serve as an ambassador of the Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels, embodying our values of hospitality, respect, and authenticity.
