We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join the culinary team at our award-winning luxury hotel. This role is essential to the smooth running of the kitchen operation and plays a key part in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
Working pattern: 5 days over 7 days (including some weekends & Bank Holidays).

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain kitchen areas in a safe, clean, hygienic, and hazard-free condition.
- Carry out cleaning duties in line with the kitchen cleaning schedule.
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists accurately.
- Support the kitchen team by ensuring work areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and ready for use.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety and HACCP guidelines at all times.

- A friendly, positive, and approachable attitude.
- Enthusiastic and flexible, with availability to work 3–4 days over a 7-day period, including some weekends.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and manage workload effectively.
