What you will do

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant's high standards and recipes.
• Take ownership of a specific section within the kitchen, ensuring mise en place and cooking techniques are executed flawlessly.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all dishes.
