Then Vila Vita Parc is looking for an expert Head Sommelier to curate our outstanding wine selection and create unforgettable experiences for our guests!

Lead the Art of Wine Pairing:

Curate and manage an extensive and exclusive wine selection across the resort;
Provide expert recommendations, guiding guests through a refined and memorable wine journey;
Deliver training sessions to elevate the knowledge and service standards of our team;
Ensure seamless wine service in alignment with luxury hospitality standards;
Collaborate closely with the culinary team to create exquisite food and wine pairings;
Maintain the highest standards of wine storage and inventory control.

Profil busqueda

Are You the Wine Connoisseur We Seek? If you are passionate about fine wines and have expertise in luxury hospitality, this opportunity is for you!

Proven experience as a Head Sommelier in luxury hotels or fine dining venues;
Deep knowledge of global wines, regions, and pairings;
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and train teams;
Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills;
WSET Level 3 or equivalent certification preferred;
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
