ZIMMERMANN is excited to share a new opportunity for a PR Assistant to join our growing Marketing team. This is an entry-level, full-time position based at our Head Office / Warehouse in Rosebery, NSW.
Broad areas of responsibility include:
- Collaborate with the design team to maintain and manage the sample calendar.
- Upload seasonal information to the sample platform, ensuring the data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with the design team to confirm all sample details are accurately reflected in the platform.
- Oversee the movement of press samples, ensuring they are sent out and returned promptly.
- Track sample inventory and ensure proper organization of the samples for quick access and distribution.
- Manage gifting requests from retail stores, ensuring seamless coordination between the stores and the PR team.
- Track and report on gifting activities to ensure all items are distributed as per the requirements.
- Handle the recall of samples from press or influencers and ensure they are returned in good condition.
- Oversee the archiving of samples, ensuring proper documentation and organization for future reference.
Profil busqueda
- An eye for luxury products and strong commercial awareness
- Demonstrated experience with sales, stock management, and allocations.
- Computer literacy - Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Experience with ERP systems such as AP21 is highly regarded.
- Has a strong work ethic; can work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Is highly organised and can work to strict and often conflicting timelines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
