As an F&B intern specializing in Bars at Vila Vita Parc, you will immerse yourself in the world of mixology and hospitality. From knowing the list of beverages offered to serving drinks, taking orders, and providing exceptional service, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Vila Vita Parc Branding and Commitment:

• Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to the values and mission of Vila Vita Parc, contributing to the preservation and strengthening of the brand's reputation and identity in all areas of operation.
• Represent and promote the Vila Vita Parc brand in all interactions and activities, ensuring that our standards of quality and excellence associated with our resort are maintained and reinforced.

Beverage Knowledge:

• Familiarize yourself with the list of beverages offered at the bars, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and food options.

Drink Service:

• Serve drinks with precision and flair, ensuring that each beverage is crafted to perfection and presented with style.

Order Taking and Billing:

• Take orders from guests, ensuring that preferences and special requests are noted and communicated to the bar staff.
• Efficiently prepare invoices, ensuring prompt completion and meticulous attention to detail, while delivering exceptional service throughout the billing procedure.

Bar Setup and Cleanup:

• Assist in setting up and clearing the bar area, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and inviting for guests.
• Prepare daily Mise-place;
• Undertake daily and weekly cleaning duties in the bar area to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
