Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa is looking for Head Waiter/ Waitress in order to complete its Food and Beverage Team
To ensure a friendly and professional service in the Food and Beverage Outlets to the fullest satisfaction of our guests in accordance with Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa
- Assists in mise en place through assigning duties, responsibilities and work stations to waiter/waitress in accordance with work requirement
- Welcoming, sitting and taking food orders from guests in all Food and Beverage Outlets
- Fully conversant with every dish served in the Restaurant and to provide explanations as requested
- Be aware of any apecials and /or Food and Beverage promotions for guest awareness
- Resolve customer complaints
