A Talent Programme Supporting Bentley’s Beyond100+ Strategy

With more than 40 years of heritage in developing automotive excellence, Bentley’s apprenticeship programmes have played a key role in shaping engineers, innovators, and leaders across the business. The 2026 intake continues this legacy while supporting the brand’s ambitious Beyond100+ strategy, which focuses on innovation, electrification, and sustainable luxury mobility.

The programme offers 25 apprenticeship positions across multiple business functions, including Manufacturing, Research & Development, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Quality, Mulliner, Strategy, and Product Lines.

Hands-On Experience at Bentley’s Dream Factory

Based at Bentley’s renowned Dream Factory in Crewe, apprentices will gain immersive, hands-on experience while working alongside industry experts. Participants will contribute directly to the design, production, and delivery of Bentley’s luxury vehicles, developing future-ready skills from day one.

The programme offers several qualification levels, including Advanced Apprenticeships, Higher Apprenticeships, and Degree Apprenticeships, allowing candidates to combine academic progression with professional experience.
