Lindos Hotels are partnering with the only Greek and youngest Michelin starred chef in London, Asimakis Chaniotis, to bring an exquisite eight-course tasting menu at Lindos Village Resort & Spa this June. Asimakis will collaborate with Stavros Manousakis, Corporate Chef at Lindos Hotels Group, to create a delectable tasting menu celebrating Rhodes’s finest ingredients for two intimate dinners on 6th and 7th June.

Perched on a cliff edge overlooking the Aegean Sea in the enchanting cove of Vlycha Bay, diners at Lindos Village Resort & Spa will enjoy breath-taking views of Rhodes whilst they experience the best of Asimakis and Stavros’s creations. The eight-course menu includes Fresh Sea Urchin, Poached Beurre Monte Lobster, Sea Monksbeard, Greek Hogget, Feuille De Brick Tart, followed by Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb, Strawberry and Tonka Bean Parfait. The hotel is relaunched with six brand new restaurant concepts on-site, as well as an array of authentic intimate island experiences. This reimagined resort will offer today’s discerning traveller a sophisticated hideaway and an enviable location from which to explore the best of Rhodes.
