An Unprecedented Culinary Collaboration
In a unique collaboration, COMO The Treasury will partner with two trailblazing Singapore destinations, COMO Orchard and COMO Dempsey, to present a world-class lineup of culinary events.
Among the headline events, the team from renowned French pâtissier Cédric Grolet at COMO Orchard will elevate Perth's high tea scene with a week of exquisite afternoon tea events in the Cape Arid Rooms, beginning October 8th. The team behind Torno Subito, a concept inspired by three-Michelin-starred Chef Massimo Bottura, will bring a taste of the Italian Riviera to POST, the hotel's city osteria, starting October 21st.
Diners will also have the exclusive opportunity to experience a "4-hands" lunch or dinner on October 28th and 29th, a collaboration between Michelin-starred Chef Malcolm Lee of Pangium and Chef Paul Wilson of Wildflower. This unique dining experience will unite their distinct culinary philosophies, celebrating Straits cuisine and the vibrant bounty of native Australian ingredients.
A Celebration of Culture and Community
More than a series of events, COMO The Treasury’s anniversary honors a long-standing cultural dialogue with the community. In a stunning partnership, the Australian Chamber Orchestra (ACO) string quartet, led by Richard Tognetti, will perform in the Postal Hall for one exclusive evening on October 9th.
Throughout the month, the 'Our Great State' series will feature thought-provoking performances and conversations across film, art, design, and stewardship, celebrating the storytellers and leaders who make Western Australia phenomenal. The official 10th-anniversary celebration will take place on October 15th with a unique performance led by Dr. Richard Wally OAM, Iain Grandage AM, and local songstress Ali Bodycoat.
Exclusive Tastes and Experiences
The anniversary festivities extend beyond the main events to include exclusive tastings, wellness workshops, and vibrant parties.
Vasse Felix, one of Margaret River's founding wineries, will unveil their prestigious Icon Range, including the 10th vintage of the Tom Cullity, in an intimate tasting with Chief Winemaker Virginia Willcock. The experience will be further enhanced by a bespoke menu from Wildflower Head Chef Paul Wilson, designed to complement the wines.
Additional highlights include a Champagne brunch to celebrate Global Champagne Day, a Beer Corner Degustation, live music in the Postal Hall, and a vibrant party in Lola Underground to close the festivities.
