ELEVATING THE ICONIC LEFT BANK PALACE
As the only Palace hotel on Paris's historic Left Bank, Mandarin Oriental Lutetia is a symbol of sophistication and timeless elegance, blending the charm of its Art Nouveau and Art Deco past with contemporary luxury.
Julien Bardet is dedicated to reinforcing the Palace’s international standing by merging the brand's renowned craftsmanship and values of excellence with a deep, authentic connection to the spirit of Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
“Joining Mandarin Oriental Lutetia is both an honour and a responsibility. My aim is to preserve its soul while embracing the future,” commented Julien Bardet. “I aspire to showcase its excellence on the international stage by highlighting the talent and dedication of our teams. They are, through their passion and expertise, the beating heart of the Palace. I look forward to working alongside them to write a new chapter in the story of this iconic destination.”
The celebration of the hotel’s 115th anniversary this December will mark the official beginning of this new era under Bardet's leadership, honouring the legendary spirit of the Lutetia for a new generation of guests.
