A major investment in Vietnam

Pandora inaugurated a new jewellery factory in Ho Chi Minh City in October 2026. The facility is its fourth manufacturing site and its first outside Thailand, where the brand has operated production facilities for decades.

Built on a 7.5-hectare site, the factory is designed to produce up to 60 million pieces of jewellery annually. Once operating at full capacity, it is expected to employ approximately 7,000 people. Its production will initially represent around 15% of Pandora’s total output, with the share expected to rise to one-third by 2030.

Diversifying production and reducing environmental impact

The new site reflects Pandora’s ambition to reduce its dependence on a single manufacturing location. The group is also responding to rising silver costs and changing international trade conditions by developing jewellery using alternative materials, including platinum-plated products.

Environmental considerations are another part of the project. The factory has received LEED Gold certification and operates using renewable electricity, including solar and wind power. Pandora expects the facility to help reduce its carbon footprint while supporting the brand’s continued international growth.
