Offer description

Vous serez en charge de réaliser les préparations préliminaires et les mets simples dans le respect des standards de la cuisine Pic.
Vous effectuerez les mises en place respectives de chaque partie, certaines préparations plus techniques sous la surveillance de votre supérieur.
Vous nettoierez, rangerez et organiserez votre partie.

Profil

Qualités requises : organisé(e), rigoureux(se), très bon sens relationnel, travail d’équipe, capacité d’adaptation, excellent sens de la communication, gestion du stress, polyvalent(e).
Compétences techniques : bonnes connaissances de base en cuisine (découpe de légumes, assaisonnements, fonds, etc…), bonnes connaissances des normes d’hygiène HACCP.
Vous avez un sens inné du service, un goût certain pour la perfection et le désir de relever un véritable défi ?
