Vos missions :

Réaliser les préparations pâtissières selon les fiches techniques et les standards de l'établissement.
Assurer la confection des desserts, entremets, viennoiseries, pâtisseries individuelles et autres produits de la carte.
Participer à la mise en place et aux dressages pour le service.
Gérer l'organisation de son poste de travail et appliquer les règles HACCP.
Anticiper les besoins en matières premières et signaler les réapprovisionnements nécessaires.
Assurer le stockage et la conservation des produits dans le respect des normes en vigueur.
Optimiser l'utilisation des matières premières afin de limiter les pertes.
Respecter les consignes de sécurité alimentaire et de sécurité au travail

Maîtrise des techniques de pâtisseries traditionnelles et modernes

Bonne maîtrise des normes d'hygiène alimentaire (HACCP)
Gestion des stocks et des approvisionnements
Capacité à travailler dans le respect des délais et des impératifs de production
Rigueur et sens de l'organisation
Créativité et souci du détail
Formation en pâtisserie (CAP, BAC PRO)
Une expérience dans un établissement de même standard est appréciée

The Hôtel du Collectionneur Arc de Triomphe Paris, globally represented by PREFERRED HOTELS & RESORTS.

The name of this unique establishment was created by the greatest French artist and designer of the 1930s, Jacques-Emile Ruhlmann, for the International Exhibition of Decorative Arts in 1925, which spread the Art Deco movement worldwide. Ruhlmann gave this name to the most beautiful pavilion of the exhibition that he designed for an imaginary collector, embodying his aesthetic ideal.

Our luxury hotel, decorated by renowned designers Jacques Garcia and Alexandre Danan, draws inspiration from the most prestigious Art Deco artists to recreate the elegance of grand transatlantic liners and the charm of the 1930s. The monumental staircase leading to the main reception room is inspired by the grand staircases of the famous ocean liners Normandie and Ile de France. Original furniture and artworks acquired through auctions around the world are displayed throughout the hotel, where every corner offers new discoveries from artists like Ruhlmann, Armand-Albert Rateau, Edgar Brant, Süe and Mare, and Erté.
