We have an exciting and unique opportunity for passionate and experienced Pastry Demi Chef De Partie to join The Biltmore Mayfair who will be a key part of our dedicated team of chefs, working in a professional, hospitable and friendly environment.
As a Pastry Demi Chef De Partie you are responsible for supporting the Executive, Head, Sous Chefs, Junior Sous Chefs and Chef De Parties in a busy hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food, meeting deadlines, adhering to HACCP regulation and mentoring junior staff members, ensuring consistent presentation and standards.

The Biltmore Café offer all day British Dining with the elegant and sophisticated surrounding An all-year round alfresco terrace, an exclusive cocktail bar and a large gymtech fitness suite. In addition, the hotel will showcase an impressive 500 sqm ballroom and various smaller function suites up to 100 guests.
