En tant que Directeur(trice) des Restaurants, vous superviserez quatre points de vente de restauration (le restaurant Bar Vendôme, le salon Marie Louise, le salon Proust et le Pool Bar) et managerez une équipe de soixante personnes. Vous serez responsable de la qualité du service et des prestations servies et assurerez une qualité d'accueil et de services personnalisés auprès de notre clientèle dans le respect des standards et procédures en vigueur au Ritz Paris.
