Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Stagiaire Réceptionniste Standardiste (h/f) pour rejoindre notre équipe de réception.
Véritable ambassadeur(drice) de notre hôtel, vous êtes l’un des premiers contacts de nos clients et incarnez l’excellence de notre service. Vous êtes orienté(e) qualité, doté(e) d’un excellent savoir-être, d’une présentation soignée et d’une capacité à vous adapter aux attentes de chaque interlocuteur.
Ce stage est une opportunité unique de développer vos compétences en réception au sein d’un établissement haut de gamme, en immersion dans un environnement dynamique et bienveillant.
VOS MISSIONS
· Accueillir et accompagner nos clients à leur arrivée et leur départ, en veillant à leur offrir une expérience fluide et personnalisée.
· Gérer l’enregistrement, les formalités administratives.
· Assurer un suivi efficace des demandes clients, qu’elles soient en direct, par téléphone ou via notre CRM Duve.
· Anticiper les attentes des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées pour enrichir leur séjour.
· Appliquer les standards de notre programme de fidélité Preferred.
· Participer aux objectifs de la réception et contribuer à l’amélioration continue du service.
· S’assurer de la satisfaction des clients et les encourager à partager leur expérience sur les réseaux sociaux.
· Gérer l’accueil des groupes en respectant l’organisation définie.

. Vous êtes actuellement étudiant(e) en hôtellerie ou tourisme et recherchez un stage de 6 mois pour développer vos compétences en réception.
· Vous avez un excellent sens du relationnel et aimez créer une expérience unique pour chaque client.
· L’élégance, le luxe et la personnalisation du service sont des valeurs qui vous animent.
· Vous êtes rigoureux(se), dynamique et avez un réel souci du détail.
· Vous maîtrisez l’anglais et idéalement une autre langue étrangère.
· Votre présentation est soignée, à l’image de l’accueil que nous souhaitons offrir.
· Vous avez une première expérience en relation client ou en hôtellerie (un atout).

The name of this unique establishment was created by the greatest French artist and designer of the 1930s, Jacques-Emile Ruhlmann, for the International Exhibition of Decorative Arts in 1925, which spread the Art Deco movement worldwide. Ruhlmann gave this name to the most beautiful pavilion of the exhibition that he designed for an imaginary collector, embodying his aesthetic ideal.
Our luxury hotel, decorated by renowned designers Jacques Garcia and Alexandre Danan, draws inspiration from the most prestigious Art Deco artists to recreate the elegance of grand transatlantic liners and the charm of the 1930s. The monumental staircase leading to the main reception room is inspired by the grand staircases of the famous ocean liners Normandie and Ile de France. Original furniture and artworks acquired through auctions around the world are displayed throughout the hotel, where every corner offers new discoveries from artists like Ruhlmann, Armand-Albert Rateau, Edgar Brant, Süe and Mare, and Erté.
