Le titulaire du poste découvre le service Réception à travers les différents métiers.
Missions :
Accueillir chaleureusement chaque client avec professionnalisme, attention et discrétion.
Effectuer les check-in / check-out selon les standards Raffles et les procédures en vigueur.
Accompagner et anticiper les demandes des clients afin d'assurer un service personnalisé et irréprochable.
Gérer les appels téléphoniques et les demandes d'informations avec réactivité et courtoisie.
Assurer la bonne communication avec les autres départements pour garantir une coordination fluide du séjour client.
Participer activement à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation de notre clientèle internationale.
D'excellente présentation, votre souci du détail, votre diplomatie, alliés à vos compétences organisationnelles et managériales vous permettront de mener à bien votre mission et d'évoluer.
La maîtrise de plusieurs langues serait un atout.
Souriant vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et êtes animé(e) d'un sens développé du service client.
