We are recruiting for a Day Porter to provide quality service to our guests, in line with The Red Carnation Hotels standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional who thrives in a high-standards environment
Must have a clean full Irish driving license
Working pattern: 5 days over 7 days (including some weekends and Bank holidays)

Key responsibilities of the position will include:
· Warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage handling upon arrival and departure.
· Provide courteous and efficient assistance at the entrance, opening doors and guiding guests.
· Offer helpful and knowledgeable advice about local attractions, transport, and local amenities.
· Assist with guest requests, including arranging transportation and handling deliveries.
· Escorting guests to their rooms and showing them the hotel facilities.
· Answering general guest queries and ensuring the lobby and front area of the hotel is always presentable and clean.
· Transporting guests to other outlets throughout the Estate.
· Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
· A positive and welcoming attitude with excellent communication skills.
· Strong knowledge of local attractions, transport links, and local areas.
· Ability to handle luggage and assist guests efficiently.
· Full clean driving license.
