We are looking for a Head Sommelier to join our team in Abu Dhabi, someone who shares our passion for refined hospitality, is deeply knowledgeable about wine, and knows how to create memorable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the wine program with expertise, ensuring the selection reflects LPM’s French-Mediterranean identity.
• Curate and update the wine list, introducing rare finds and cult classics that inspire and delight.
• Train and guide the team on wine knowledge and service standards.
• Elevate the guest experience through storytelling, pairing recommendations, and genuine hospitality.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and stay ahead of trends in the wine world.
• Ensure responsible stock management, inventory, and compliance.
