Are you ready to lead with elegance and innovation? Bvlgari Hotel London is seeking a Commercial Director to join our distinguished team. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of one of the world’s most luxurious hotels, combining the timeless allure of Bvlgari with the vibrant spirit of London.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Commercial Director will lead and manage the Bvlgari Hotel London Sales and Marketing Team, developing and delivering a coherent and ambitious sales strategy that ensures the Hotel’s ongoing success. Candidates should possess a proven track record of overseeing sales and marketing activity in a similar role within the luxury hospitality market. We are looking for ambitious and tenacious individuals who exhibit the entrepreneurial self-starting approach that characterises the Hotel’s existing senior team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue across all departments, including rooms, F&B, spa, and events.
• Cultivate strong relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders, ensuring Bvlgari Hotel remains a preferred destination for luxury experiences.
• Lead a dynamic sales, marketing, and revenue team, fostering collaboration to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, continuously adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

The Bvlgari Hotel, London, pays tribute to Bvlgari’s silversmith origins and Britain’s noble manufacturing traditions with an understated, elegant design concept with silver forming the underlying theme of the design. The sleek architecture and refined interiors are designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners, with Squire and Partners as the local architect, coupling the Bvlgari glamour and heritage with sustainable design features and state of the art technology. Many of the furnishings and textiles throughout the hotel and residences are made exclusively for Bvlgari crafted by Italian manufacturers.
