We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team here at the Bvlgari Hotel London.

Reporting to the Restaurant  Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Food and Beverage offering, ensuring it is to the highest of standards. You will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager  in the smooth running of the outlet following the company standards and procedures. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you should maintain a high quality, professional and well organized service and understand the importance of our guests and maintain a customer focus in your approach.

Your considerable experience of working in a variety of roles and settings means you have the aptitude to implement, innovative ideas to enhance the restaurant experience whilst being proactive in maximizing the revenue. Having worked in a similar environment you will have the ability to demonstrate your technical competence and quickly gain credibility with your colleagues. You will thrive in a fast paced environment and have the agility to change priority quickly as per the demands of the business.

As an integral part of our team, you will:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and attention to detail.
• Curate and enhance the wine program, collaborating closely with our sommelier team.
• Deliver personalized recommendations, pairing exquisite wines with our refined Italian cuisine.
• Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge-sharing.
• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, anticipating guest needs with grace and discretion.
