Your Role
As a Receptionist / Reservationist, you will:
- Be the face of LPM, warmly welcoming all guests and ensuring a smooth and personalized experience from arrival to departure.
- Manage reservations efficiently, including processing bookings, modifications, and cancellations in line with LPM procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Assist in multi-tasking responsibilities, such as managing phone calls, administrative tasks, and guest interactions.
- Maintain exceptional standards of service to represent the restaurant’s image at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and cohesive work environment.
Profil busqueda
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of hospitality experience in a similar role.
- Strong skills in:
- Communication and listening (both face-to-face and over the phone). 🗣️
- Organizational and time management.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and handling SOPs.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- A genuine guest-first attitude with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- The ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
