Profil busqueda
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing high-end or luxury restaurant operations
- Proven ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams
- Strong understanding of Italian cuisine and fine dining service culture
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and a guest-centric mindset
- Fluency in Italian or a background in Italian culture is a plus, and adds value to the authentic experience we aim to deliver—though not required
