Kering, leading global luxury group, has unveiled its new Italian headquarters in the heart of Milan. The impressive 9,500 square-meter office space is located in Palazzo Pertusati, a six-floor building on Via Senato, offering breathtaking views of Milan's fashion district and the Indro Montanelli Gardens.

The historic Palazzo Pertusati Gropallo, originally designed by architect Simone Cantoni in the 18th century, has been transformed to accommodate Kering as its sole occupant. This relocation signifies Kering's commitment to being a prominent player in the Italian luxury and business landscape.

Jean-François Palus, Kering's Group Managing Director, expressed his delight in the move, stating that the new headquarters in Milan's bustling business and luxury district solidify Kering's position in Italy. The opening of the global logistic hub in Trecate and ongoing investments by Kering's brands in the country further demonstrate the group's dedication to its more than 13,000 employees in Italy.

The interior of the headquarters has been meticulously designed to provide a flexible and comfortable workspace. The five floors dedicated to workspaces feature more than 300 formal seats, private phone booths, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces. Natural light fills the interiors, creating an inviting atmosphere. The decor incorporates iconic Italian design pieces and organic colors, while an emphasis on greenery enhances the overall ambiance.

The headquarters also offer a range of amenities for employees. A dedicated canteen and cafeteria provide dining options, while a conference room on the top floor offers a panoramic view. The highlight is the expansive outdoor terrace, spanning over 1,500 square meters, which offers a stunning view of the Duomo and the surrounding business district.

Kering's commitment to sustainability is reflected in the new headquarters. The company aims to achieve Leed Platinum and Well Gold sustainability certifications, further emphasizing its dedication to environmental responsibility.
