Como Mayordomo/a en El Palace Barcelona, serás el principal embajador de la excelencia y personalización del servicio para nuestros huéspedes. Tu misión será ofrecer una experiencia cálida, exclusiva y memorable desde la llegada hasta la salida, anticipándote a las necesidades de cada cliente y superando sus expectativas.
Responsabilidades:
· Dar la bienvenida personalizada a los huéspedes, realizar el check-in en la habitación y acompañarlos durante su llegada.· Conocer y atender las preferencias personales de cada huésped, garantizando una experiencia adaptada a su perfil.
· Coordinar con otros departamentos (Concierge, Housekeeping, Room Service, Recepción) para asegurar un servicio excelente.
· Resolver de manera proactiva cualquier incidencia o solicitud de los huéspedes, informando a supervisores si es necesario.
· Mantener en óptimas condiciones las áreas de trabajo del servicio de mayordomía (pantries).
· Supervisar y asistir en la entrega de amenities, servicio de equipaje, planchado, y cualquier otra necesidad personalizada.
· Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y servicio del hotel, promoviendo siempre la excelencia y el detalle.
