MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Execution & Event Coordination
- Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Summer).
- Support the organization of hotel events (e.g., Coutume workshops, Astoria concerts).
- Coordinate input from various departments (F&B, Sales, Events).
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Learn how to use a CRM and make basic website updates.
- Ensure the hotel and its outlets are visible on existing and emerging online platforms.
- Assist in organizing photo/video shoots and contribute to storyboarding.
Public Relations
- Assist during press visits and support the organization of influencer events.
Marketing Collateral
- Create and follow up on B2C and B2B materials (brochures, flyers, proposals, etc.).
- Help develop tools for the sales and F&B teams.
General & Administrative Support
- Organize image libraries, marketing archives, and press kits.
- Support coordination with external vendors and agencies.
- Student in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, Business, or related fields, with a valid internship agreement.
- Starting NOVEMBER, DECEMBER 2026 OR JANUARY 2027
- Creative, curious, proactive, solution-oriented, and an “out-of-the-box” thinker.
- Strong interest in the luxury hospitality industry and Brussels.
- Languages: Fluency in English and native in French or Dutch are essential.

Situé au cœur du quartier royal de Bruxelles, le Corinthia Brussels est un joyau de l’architecture Belle Époque. Inauguré en 1910 sous le nom de Grand Hôtel Astoria pour accueillir les hôtes de l'Exposition universelle, il a rouvert ses portes le 9 décembre 2024 après une restauration minutieuse de quatre ans menée par l'architecte belge Francis Metzger. L'hôtel propose 126 chambres, dont 31 suites et 5 suites signatures, alliant élégance classique et confort contemporain. Parmi ses atouts, on compte le Palm Court avec sa verrière restaurée, deux restaurants gastronomiques dirigés par des chefs étoilés, un spa Sisley de 1 200 m², et le concept-store Coutume mettant en avant le design belge.
