Vila Joya, a luxury, exclusive property with 15 rooms and suites, several restaurants including a 2-Michelin-star restaurant, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and coordinate our human resources operations. This is a hands-on role supporting recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, training, and performance management. You'll work closely with department heads and leadership to ensure a positive, legally compliant, and people-focused workplace.

What you’ll do:
3–5 years of experience in operational HR, preferably in hospitality or luxury environments (HR Assistant experience welcome).
Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor law and HR compliance.
Fluent in Portuguese and English; German or other languages are a plus.
Experience with international, multicultural teams.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Discreet, detail-oriented, and proactive — with a genuine interest in people and processes.
