We are recruiting for an Accommodation Assistant to provide quality service to our guests, in line with The Red Carnation Hotels standards.

Working pattern: 5 days over 7 days (including some weekends and Bank holidays)

Key responsibilities of the Accommodation Assistant will include:

· Providing each guest with the highest levels of housekeeping service in accordance with The Red Carnation Hotels standards.

· To provide a full service to vacated bedrooms and replenish stayover bedrooms.

· To provide guests, at all times, with the highest levels of guest care and personal attention, where possible anticipating the guests needs.
