As a Guest Reviews/Reputation Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and responding to all guest comments and reviews. Your goal will be to maximize our online reputation across all review platforms, with a multilingual approach.
You will collaborate with various teams to develop strategies to increase positive reviews and guest satisfaction, ensuring all interactions are addressed promptly, effectively, and in line with our brand. Additionally, you will maintain detailed communication records and report feedback trends to adjust our services as needed.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic Guest Reviews/Reputation Specialist, fluent in English and Portuguese (knowledge of an additional language is a plus), with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to work well under pressure, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and a focus on the guest experience.
