Vila Vita Parc is looking for a dedicated Hostess Supervisor to ensure impeccable service from the first contact with our guests!

Be the leader of First Impressions:

Lead and coordinate the hostess team, guaranteeing exceptional service;
Train and motivate the team, ensuring that they follow the highest standards of hospitality and service;
Create schedules and organize shifts to ensure coverage and operational efficiency;
Supervise and optimize reservations, ensuring balanced management of tables and waiting times;
Work closely with the dining room and kitchen teams, ensuring a smooth flow of service;
Anticipate the needs of VIP clients, providing them with a personalized and unforgettable experience;
Ensure that the reception area and restaurant are always spotless according to our standards.

Profil recherché

If you have experience managing teams in hospitality environments and a strong commitment to service excellence, this opportunity is for you!

Previous experience as a Hostess or Restaurant Supervisor in hotels or luxury restaurants;
Knowledge of and/or experience with Forbes and LQA standards;
Excellent communication and leadership skills;
Ability to remain calm and efficient at busy times;
Team spirit and a positive attitude that inspires colleagues;
