The Spa at Ashford Castle is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to help deliver an exceptional Forbes Five-Star guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa facilities, including treatment rooms, changing rooms, relaxation areas, and thermal facilities.
- Ensure all guest amenities, towels, robes, and refreshments are fully stocked and impeccably presented.
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their spa journey with warmth and professionalism.
- Support the Therapy and Reception teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, grooming, and Forbes Five-Star service.
What We're Looking For:
- A positive, guest-focused attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a luxury environment.
- Previous hospitality, housekeeping, or spa experience is desirable but not essential.
