As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for two Lobby Host interns.
This internship offers a versatile experience in a luxury hotel environment, combining guest relations and sales activities within the Coutume retail space.
The internship is organized with a rotation between the two roles, with approximately 60–70% of the time spent as a Lobby Host and 30–40% as a Coutume Sales Associate.
Your Responsibilities
- Lobby Host
- Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival.
- Maintain an active presence in the lobby and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Provide information and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
- Direct visitors to the hotel's various services and facilities.
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and friendly environment.
Coutume Sales Associate
- Welcome and advise customers within the Coutume retail space.
- Present products and promote available offers.
- Participate in sales transactions and cash handling according to established procedures.
- Ensure the sales area is well maintained and products are attractively displayed.
- Contribute to achieving service quality and customer satisfaction objectives.
- You are currently a student and looking for an internship of at least 2 months.
- You have excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
- You enjoy interacting with an international clientele.
- You are dynamic, professional, and well-presented.
- You are organized, versatile, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Fluency in French is required; English is an asset.
- A valid internship agreement (convention de stage) is mandatory.

Situé au cœur du quartier royal de Bruxelles, le Corinthia Brussels est un joyau de l’architecture Belle Époque. Inauguré en 1910 sous le nom de Grand Hôtel Astoria pour accueillir les hôtes de l'Exposition universelle, il a rouvert ses portes le 9 décembre 2024 après une restauration minutieuse de quatre ans menée par l'architecte belge Francis Metzger.
