- Set up coffee station with milk, milk alternatives.
- Refill grinders with the appropriate coffee bins
- Brew ice tea
- Refill bottled water in fridge
- Make tea bags with the prescribed amount of loose lead teas
- Refill sugar caddies per the SOP
- Check all coffee / tea cups / espresso cups + saucers
- Ensure all coffee/tea spoons + demitasse spoons are clean and neatly stocked, all handles pointing the same direction
- Ensure the fridges are clean and organized per the SOP
- Ensure trash cans are clean
- FIFO for all perishable items
- Complete all other tasks as assigned by management.
