Then Vila Vita Parc is looking for a dedicated Telephone Operator to join our team!

Be the First Point of Contact and Create Lasting Impressions:

• You will be the first voice our guests hear, creating a warm and professional impression from the first "hello." You will manage all calls efficiently and courteously, ensuring that each guest feels valued and well taken care of.
• Your days will be filled with answering internal and external calls, providing accurate and helpful information about the resort and its services. Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs will make every interaction memorable.
• In addition to telephone service, you will play a key role in organizing the front office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From filing documents to managing correspondence, your organization and proactivity will be essential.
