At the Bvlgari Hotel London, elegance, craftsmanship, and excellence define every guest experience. As Treatments Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our award-winning spa team and ensuring the highest standards of luxury wellness are consistently delivered.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operation of the treatment areas, managing scheduling, service flow, and therapist performance to create a seamless guest journey. You will inspire, coach, and develop a team of talented therapists, fostering a culture of professionalism, care, and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Spa Director, you will help shape treatment offerings, uphold operational excellence, and drive exceptional levels of guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have an operational knowledge and demonstrated expertise of a luxury spa. You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your technical skills and flexibility will be what sets you apart.
This position requires a leader with deep knowledge of luxury spa and wellness services, strong people management skills, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. You will combine commercial awareness with a genuine dedication to guest wellbeing, ensuring that every treatment reflects the prestige and sophistication of the Bvlgari brand.
You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses authentic and impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.
We encourage a diverse workforce however, you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
The Bvlgari Hotel London, inaugurated in 2012, is a beacon of luxury nestled in the prestigious Knightsbridge district. With 85 rooms and suites, it stands as a refined example of contemporary elegance and Italian sophistication in the heart of the British capital. The hotel was designed by renowned architect Antonio Citterio alongside Patricia Viel & Partners, and operates under the Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts brand in partnership with Marriott International. It has earned acclaim for its high-end facilities, including a spa, private cinema, and 25-meter pool, all combined with bespoke service.
