Nestled on the peaceful Norfolk Square, this elegant Victorian townhouse embodies the warmth and charm of a traditional English home. Here, every guest is welcomed like a dear friend, with generosity, thoughtfulness, and genuine care.
We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing information and assistance.
You will guarantee the continuity of Front Office operations while carrying out the administrative and accounting procedures.
Knowledge & Qualifications
Sound understanding of guest reception and customer service principles
Proficiency in using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
Good command of Microsoft Office and standard office applications
Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling procedures
Familiarity with fire safety and emergency evacuation regulations
Fluent English (essential)
French language skills would be highly appreciated
Skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and guest requests simultaneously
Remain calm and composed in emergency situations
Deliver a consistently high standard of guest service
Work independently and confidently during shifts
