• Drive Forbes Standards training, across departments.
• Assist to plan, communicate, implement, evaluate and monitor corporate training programs: Leadership Development, functional, computer and language.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations such as monthly Training Report.
• Manage training materials inventory, ensuring that materials are always available in good condition.
• Monitor and report eLearning progress and participation, reporting any discrepancies as well as working with Suppliers to resolve issues.
• Handle the Purchase Request and Purchase Orders, ensuring that company policies are followed.
• Submit training report o department of skill development.
• Actively participate in all HR activities.
• Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
