You’ll be second in command in our kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to oversee all aspects of menu development, food preparation, and service excellence. Your experience will ensure our restaurants remain at the forefront of culinary innovation, captivating guests with unforgettable flavors. Your days will be a dynamic dance, from collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu concepts to executing dishes that showcase your culinary artistry and global influences. You’ll mentor and guide junior chefs, fostering a collaborative and creative kitchen environment. Problem-solving comes naturally to you! You’ll anticipate guests’ needs, manage kitchen operations seamlessly, and ensure exceptional food quality reaches every plate.
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef with a proven track record of supporting an Executive Chef and leading a team. Your extensive culinary repertoire will span global cuisines and innovative techniques.
Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to connect with your team, suppliers, and guests. A strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety is essential.
