The role is operations focused with the accountability of running the spa day to day. This will encompass:
- Ensuring the exceptional guest service delivery of a ‘Forbes 5 star hotel’.
- Managing our people and performance to a 5 star standard.
- Focus on team development and training.
- Managing sales, budgets and marketing strategies
- Efficient communications.
Key Responsibilities of the successful Spa Operations Supervisor will include but are not limited to:
- To ensure the team provides each guest with the highest levels of personal care and attention in accordance with 5 star expectations ‘ Forbes 5 star Standards’, the uniqueness of the property and Red Carnation Hotels.
- Complete 1-1 meetings and appraisals with team members as per schedule in department.
- To initiate ‘little touches’ – going beyond meeting guest expectations and in all instances exceeding them.
- Efficient and professional service, staff training, motivation, standards and controls. To comply with Red Carnation Top 12
- Service Standards, terms and conditions of employment and operational practices and procedures.
- Interviewing and Hiring of Employees with the appropriate skills to meet the business needs of the operation.
