Profil

Our ideal candidate must possess:

• Fluent in English, Portuguese is a plus
• Experience in fine dining, preferably in high end Japanese cuisine
• Strong knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques
• Skilled in handling and presenting raw fish and premium ingredients, ensuring quality and freshness.
• In-depth understanding of Japanese ingredients and seasonality
• Passionate about Japanese cuisine and a commitment to delivering an authentic dining experience
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, mise en place and service flow
• Attention to detail in designing and executing presentations of dishes
• Highly organized with the ability to mulitask and manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety standards specific to handling raw fish and other delicate ingredients
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional development in the culinary arts
