- Lead and manage the Reservations team, ensuring service is consistently professional, warm, and efficient.
- Maximize occupancy and revenue through strategic inventory management, accurate forecasting, and collaboration with Sales & Marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, travel partners, and internal departments.
- Implement and monitor procedures to ensure accuracy in bookings, guest profiles, and billing.
- Provide regular analysis and reporting on reservations performance, identifying opportunities to enhance both service and profitability.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional pre-arrival experiences that reflect the exclusivity of the Bvlgari brand.
Profil recherché
This position requires a confidence and ability to interact with senior managers on all aspects of the reservations process. Effectively using yield management strategies. In-depth working knowledge of all areas of Opera and 3rd party websites etc. and forecasting revenue streams .
About You
- Proven leadership experience in luxury hotel reservations or front-of-house operations.
- Strong knowledge of reservations systems (Opera / Marsha preferred) and revenue management practices.
- Commercially astute, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with discerning international guests.
- A natural leader who inspires confidence, nurtures talent, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
- To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.
We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
